On August 9, 2002, Atl-Connect and Albert Thiel finalized an agreement under
which Atl-Connect acquired the athiel.com website, the NetClub, the online
version of Albert's NMFIRA book, and exclusive online distribution rights to the
book.
The most exciting part of this acquisition is that it allows Atl-Connect to
apply our web development skills to the site and services, and lets Albert to
stay involved and focused on what he enjoys doing...reefkeeping!
In the coming weeks, you'll see changes to the website and services, largely in
an effort to lend consistency and easier navigation. There's a wealth of
information on the website, and we want to be sure it's easy for you to find
it! The mail list will continue to operate with no changes, although we are
considering the addition of an archive of some kind.
We're certainly interested in your suggestions. How can we make the website
more useful? Would you like to see changes to the mail lists or other
services? What are we not doing that would help you be a better reefkeeper?
